Regis is a Roman Catholic institute firmly based in the Jesuit tradition of academic rigor, intellectual exchange and commitment to the fullest development of each student. As such, the university seeks to provide a value-centered education, to nurture the life of the mind and to strengthen commitment to community service. Regis approaches this mission on three different tracks. First, Regis provides a residential college environment for 1,400 traditional age high school graduates and transfer students, focusing on the liberal arts, sciences, pre-law and pre-medical fields. Approximately 82% of applicants are admitted. Besides the traditional undergraduate fields of study in the sciences and the liberal arts, Regis offers courses of study in Political Economy, Environmental Studies, Religious and Catholic studies, Christian Leadership, Visual Arts, and Women’s Studies. Regis also offers a Master of Arts in Education program. Student life is lively, with a eleven varsity sports teams, a full program of extra-curricular activities, including KREX, the on-campus radio station. Undergraduates are encouraged to volunteer for a number of local organizations. The main Regis campus is located close to downtown Denver , which offers a full spectrum of cultural and recreational amusements.

The Rueckert-Hartman School for Health Professions is physically co-located with the Regis College campus in Denver. The school offers degree and certification programs for careers in the health professions: Nursing, Health Care Ethics, Physical Therapy and Health Services Administration and Management at the undergraduate, graduate, certification and doctoral program level.

Regis University ’s School for Professional Studies is focused on providing degree and certificate programs for adults. Such courses of study are tailored to meet the needs of adult and non-traditional students pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree, or professional certification, and are available in an accelerated format in classrooms at Regis’s eight campus locations and on-line. Students are able to pursue any of the degrees and certificates which include 16 undergraduate degrees, eight graduate school programs and four teacher education programs . Regis University takes great pride in meeting the very different requirements of the adult student, while still providing a quality educational experience. Yearly tuition and fees for Regis College undergraduate is listed at $25,200 with room and board at an additional $8,470. Rueckert-Hartman School fees are currently set at $378.00 per semester hour. Tuition for the School for Professional Studies is $315.00 per credit hour for guided independent study, and $390.00 (exclusive of required texts) for online courses. Application fees vary from $40.00 to $70.00, depending upon the school program applied for.
